About Shelina
More than 20 years, in the real estate industry, I am new to mortgage, but not the field. After graduating with a BA in Psychology, from North Carolina A&T University, I landed a position as Residential Property Manager. I managed 500+ units’ properties from Charlotte, NC to Raleigh, NC. I was introduced to New Builder Sales, four years later.
I spent the next 14 years, in general brokerage. I worked with several major firms, and in 2014, I opened Shelina F. Patrick & Associates, LLC, (now called Shelina Patrick Realty, LLC.), as a Real Estate Broker/Owner.
Currently, I am attending High Point University, completing my graduate studies, in Communications and Business Leadership. It was during my coursework that I realized the gap in financial literacy. Educating people financially is significant. It is my passion to help other build wealth, through real estate.
My proposition is unique, from other Loan Officers, because I have been on the other side. I know both processes, and expectations. I understand the frustrations that real estate agents, and clients encounter, during the lending process.
